Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to the buyer (change of mind, incorrect size, or similar):
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, provided this aligns with the shop or platform policy.
If the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or not as described):
We will cover the return shipping costs. Customers should not be required to pay for return postage in cases where the issue is caused by us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item (once approved) and place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must still be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
