What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?
Buyer’s responsibility (change of mind / incorrect size / no longer needed):
Return postage is paid by the buyer, where permitted by store or platform policy.
Our responsibility (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item):
We will cover return shipping costs. Customers will not be required to pay for return postage when the issue is due to our error.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalised items
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order for the item you want.
Do EU customers have a cooling-off period?
Yes. If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
